One of a kind piece produced for our Fanime 2026 Elegant fashion show. It is a silver foiled tulle with 2 layers on the bodice to create a "lining" and finished the seams. The sleeves are single layer to be more sheer and fluffy looking. It is a pull over style with a bow collar. Hand wash/hang dry only!
